The holiday chalet is at your disposal from the arrival day beginning at 4 pm, until departure date till noon.
You will receive the keys at the address in Punkaharju mentioned when booking the holiday house. You will have two door keys at your disposal. Both of the keys should be left on the table inside the cottage when you depart.
If you loose your key we will need to charge you for the change of the locks as well as for the new keys.

Linen
Please bring your own bed linen. It is also possible to rent bed linen at a separate cost.

Cleaning
Please take care of the cleanliness of the holiday house. The tidying up after the holiday is your own responsibility.
Please take care of the following:
- taking garbage out
- vacuuming
- washing the dishes and emptying the dishwasher
- leave the holiday house clean and neat
- please put all the things in their places
- make the beds

You can of course order the final cleaning in advance if you like. It is charged by the Punkaharjun Kultaranta.
Even In some holiday houses the final cleaning is included in the price it is expected that the holiday house is left neat. That is; all the furniture is in place and in normal condition, garbage is taken out etc.

If the holiday house is left in disorder we charge 50€/hour for cleaning the house.
